肩周炎的發生與氣血不足,復加慢性勞損,感受風寒或肩部外傷引起,導致肩部經筋脈絡痹阻失和瘀滯不通。
王先生去年夏天患上肩周炎,他連吃了兩個月的葯也沒有明顯好轉,後來堅持做“運動健康操”,現在肩膀基本不痛了。 1、甩手鍛煉:
做法:兩腳分開站立,先用手揉擦肩部,使局部肌肉鬆弛,然後甩動手臂,先前後,後左右,甩動幅度由小到大(與身體成30-90度),速度由慢到快(每分鐘30-60次),每次1-5分鐘。 2、畫圓圈運動:
做法:两臂分别由前向后,由后向前,呈顺时针或逆时针方向画圆圈,幅度由小到大,达到最大限度为止,每次50-100下。 3、爬墙锻炼:
做法:患侧手指接触墙壁,手向上移至最高点,然后放下来,反复做10-12次。
